Sr. Manager, People Business Partner - GTM
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $130,900 - $192,000 a year
Job Description
• Partner with people business partners, total rewards, recruiting, learning and development, people operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders, leaders, and employees to support strategic People priorities • Drive proactive People projects to scale and support our fast-paced, high-growth business, including workforce planning, organizational structure, development of high performing teams, change management, and communications • Lead HR for our Sales organization, partnering with Executives all the way through to Managers to deliver HR programs including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviews • Coach and advise managers on complex HR matters, including sensitive employee relations issues • Guide managers on career pathing and leveling as well as skill and professional development • Lead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs • Design, plan, and execute various central and departmental initiatives and programs • Track and analyze key indicators of organizational health and recommend ways to improve
Qualifications
• 8 + years of progressive experience in high-growth organizations in a People/HR position, including experience in business-facing roles • A demonstrated level of competence in employee relations, coaching, performance management, change management, project management, and employment laws • Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment • Curious and continuous learner • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and holistically, and roll up your sleeves and execute • Collaborative cross-functional partner with a win-as-a-team attitude
