Staff Software Engineer (iOS/Android/Frontend)

Job Description

You will also be expected to rapidly iterate and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international culture. • Update, improve, transform, and deliver the SmartNews experience on iOS, Android, and the Web • Balance an opinionated, high-speed, and rapid-iteration mindset with the responsibility of meeting the needs of millions of users and internal teams • Learn new skills as needed to deliver the best possible experience on different platforms

Qualifications

• iOS and/or Android front-end product development experience • Web (JS/TS) • Demonstrated experience in high speed, rapid-prototyping environments • Personal perspective about what makes products great while also valuing feedback and discussion from customers and teammates • Comfortable navigating high degrees of ambiguity • Must be eligible to work in the US
