Senior / Lead UX/UI Designer

Job Description

• As a UX/UI Designer at Quince, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experience for our customers across both mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, merchandisers and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design and has a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of experience in brand-focused companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer • A digital portfolio of past work • Proficiency in Figma • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills • Highly organized, and able to multitaskEffective in time management, working on multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality brand standards • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly • Proactive and highly motivated team playerExceptional communication skills
