Sr. Staff Data Scientist

Job Description

• Responsible for leading data science efforts for one of the biggest performance DSPs globally • Lead project ideation, solution design, coaching, deployment, and post deployment management • Design, develop, and test product experiments • Analyze data, develop models, and problem-solve solutions • Interact with internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams • Encouraged to write blogs and case studies, speak at conferences, and demonstrate thought leadership • Collaborate in a multi-functional team environment • Learn to design and build models for specific business problems • Discover new technologies to transform people, businesses, and societies across advertising ecosystems • Innovate, research, and demonstrate thought leadership in products and conferences

Qualifications

• Master’s in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science; or Bachelor’s with extensive experience; PhD a plus • 10+ years of ad tech industry experience working in Data Science • Familiarity with big data processing, cloud computing, and data science languages like Python or Apache Spark • Passion for investigating and learning from data, asking interesting questions, and putting models into production • Open to diverse academic backgrounds with intent to problem-solve like a data scientist
