Senior Project Manager - Pre-Construction, Retail Development

Job Description

• Reformation is looking for a Retail Development Senior Project Manager, Pre-Construction to support our brick-and-mortar retail expansion. We have a vision for how to maximize customer experience in stores and transform the retail space--and we need someone to help operationalize that vision! We are looking for a strong project manager to bring beautiful projects from lease through construction documentation phase.

Qualifications

• BA or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design • 8+ years interior design experience; experience with budget/timeline tracking tools • Revit or Sketchup with rendering experience required • Familiarity with Google based platforms (ie Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc) • Familiarity with architecture, real estate, construction fields • Familiarity with green building principles & practices; LEED credentials a bonus • Flexibility to travel (up to 30% time) for site visits
