Senior Associate, Learning & Design Curriculum

Job Description

• Design and produce new online learning formats including courses and modular e-learning resource content • Manage contributions of subject matter experts • Research course and content topics to support social entrepreneurs • Manage pre and post-production process for video assets • Support team with program design and content production for facilitated learning experiences • Add and manage content and learning materials to online platforms • Collaborate with internal functions for smooth launch of new content • Contribute to content marketing asset creation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in designing learning content • Experience in learning design, pedagogy, curriculum development, online course production • Project manager with ability to balance multiple projects • Strong writing and editing skills • Critical thinker and collaborative team player • Experience with digital content and learning platforms • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. or UK • Bonus: Work experience in the Global South • Bonus: Graphic and UX design skills • Bonus: Spanish language proficiency • Bonus: Knowledge of business skills important to social entrepreneurs

Benefits
