Sr. Analyst - Growth Analytics

Job Description

• Conduct groundbreaking data analytics centered around our unique growth engine • Define the analytics roadmap and priorities that align with business goals and growth objectives • Identify core KPIs and areas for improvement in channel mix, audience targets and new user onboarding • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide real-time insight into customer acquisition performance and ROI • Plan and execute incrementality tests to understand the effectiveness of marketing spend • Collaborate with data engineers and broader analyst teams to manage in-house attribution model

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in banking, fintech, adtech or consulting • Minimum of 3+ years experience in data analysis and data visualization • Entrepreneurial spirit with the innate desire to answer "why" • A strong problem solver with experience overcoming ambiguity • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects and stakeholders • Ability to explain technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical partners • High business acumen with a knack for using data to “fuel the business equation” • Understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing and experience applying them • Proficient in SQL, proficiency in Python a plus
