Sr Manager, Product Marketing

Job Description

• Lead go to market strategy, working with the team to craft, initiate and lead commercialization strategy for HS1’s entire product and services portfolio • Developing differentiated messaging and positioning for products, working closely with product management to translate capabilities into customer-facing content • Lead team in continuously monitoring the market for competitive intelligence, customer insights and market trends • Refine and/or develop processes for key responsibilities of the product marketing team • Clarify roles and responsibilities with other teams • Responsible for managing product marketing team • Responsible for translating insights into sales enablement assets, defining product roadmap, and assisting with packaging, messaging, sales enablement, and planning for customer journey

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of product marketing/GTM experience; 3 or more years of management experience • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline • Product positioning • GTM/commercialization strategy • Competitive research & synthesis • People management • Process creation/improvement • Excellent management and leadership skills • Ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members • Comfort interfacing and problem solving with senior members of cross-functional teams • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Ability to resolve disputes effectively • Understanding and ability to act on financial information for business profitability • Planning and managing complex projects • Leading teams to achieve company goals • Outstanding planning and organizational skills • Communicating effectively with senior management and key stakeholders • Strong negotiating skills • Ability to manage internal and external relationships • Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict, and navigate politics • Broad range of professional and managerial skills • Full understanding of industry practices, company policies, and procedures • Ability to lead and develop virtual teams • Outstanding in multiple technical and business skills • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
