Business Systems Engineer
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead the founding BizSys team at Carrot • Scale internal systems to stay ahead of demand • Design and build robust integrations for business applications • Partner with Finance and GTM teams • Build cross-functional technology program • Become a subject matter expert on business processes • Help business take advantage of advancements like AI • Translate business needs into technical requirements • Form the Business Tech Steering Committee • Hands-on engineering work to build integrations • Make technology decisions for a modern tech stack
Qualifications
• Expert understanding of GTM, Finance, and Accounting business processes • 8+ years of experience with CRM/ERP integrations • Well-versed in modern technology landscape and AI • Hands-on experience developing integrations using custom code • 5+ years of application requirements gathering and design • Ability to lead build vs buy decisions • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
