Senior Product Designer

Job Description

• Lead the evolution of the design system to enhance user experience • Advocate for usability and accessibility in all projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and priorities • Drive user-centricity through usability testing and prototyping • Translate user insights, business goals, and requirements into functional designs • Present visionary design concepts and contribute to the full design process • Craft wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that transcend platforms • Partner with engineering for implementation of designs • Communicate design recommendations effectively • Mentor fellow team members and share best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related fields • Standout portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, testing, and design • 5+ years of UX or Product design experience focusing on e-commerce, enterprise, B2B, or SaaS • Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments • Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles • Ability to translate design concepts into Agile/Scrum tasks • Up-to-date knowledge of design patterns, trends, and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Empathy for users and ability to meet their needs • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability • Proficiency in Figma, Maze, and other prototyping tools • Understanding of web technologies and responsive design standards • Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and AAA rules • Knowledge of native iOS and Android user patterns • Experience in designing various platforms and solutions
