Solutions Consultant

Job Description

• Serves as product SMEs supporting deep level sales conversations, using product knowledge to partner with Account Executives and prospects/prospective partners to design the Carrot solution that best meets each unique set of needs • Delivers an engaging product demonstration; Dynamic verbal communication and presentation skills • Apply product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with customers and prospects • Partners with the implementation team to support complex customer/partner implementations • Develops and documents new workflows and processes as necessary • Provides key deal and market insights with GTM leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape products, packaging, and messaging of the solution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience • Experience supporting sales of similar size and scope to Carrot's target opportunities • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to travel • Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space • Experience selling to HR buyers • A passion for problem-solving and finding the best-fit solution
