Job Description

• Execute support system designed for customer ease • Develop cross-functional relationships • Provide holistic resolutions to customers • Deliver world-class customer experience • Master product and integrations • Evaluate support organization processes • Assist in knowledge base article creation • Participate in training and coaching support representatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Support with proficiency in ticketing systems • Experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 support roles • Ability to troubleshoot SaaS platforms, complex software integrations, and APIs • Familiarity with Zendesk and/or FreshDesk • Skilled in real-time troubleshooting including video conferences, remote access, live chat, and email support channels
