Job Description

• Work with a tight team of product engineers across the Vantage product • Write clean, testable, peer-reviewed code • Drive technical architecture decisions for future scalability • Own end-to-end feature development and measure customer impact • Join Design and Product on customer calls to understand user needs

Qualifications

• A product-oriented engineer with a passion for delighting customers • Strong technical background with 5+ years working on full stack codebases • Prefer simple solutions and designs over complex ones • Expertise in Ruby and Rails • Software design experience with scalable architectures • Excited to make progress and hold a high degree of responsibility • Kind person
