Senior Implementations Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Managing all aspects of the onboarding process • Coordinating with various stakeholders for successful plan transitions • Collaborating cross-functionally to provide support and meet Service Level Agreements • Providing oversight in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base • Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Qualifications

• 5+ years of subject matter knowledge of retirement plan design and plan conversion processes • Experience in project management and leading team initiatives • Professional experience using internal technical operational tools • Demonstrated aptitude for learning, creating, and iterating rapidly • General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements • Experience with compliance/recordkeeping systems • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credential is a plus • Experience with MEPs/PEP plans • Series 7 and 66 or a Series 65 from a registered investment advisor
