Account Director

Job Description

• Account Director role responsible for prospecting and closing sales in GumGum’s Market Leading Contextual Advertising platform • Drive revenue for West Coast (Los Angeles) with yearly goal of $3M+ • Responsible for growing large to mid-sized agencies through sales prospecting and relationship development • Provide feedback to internal Product Team based on client insight • Work with internal teams for successful implementation of sold proposals • Flexible work environment allowing in-office or remote work with occasional in-person collaboration required within a 'commutable' distance to the office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree ideally in Media or Marketing/Advertising field • 4+ years of selling experience in digital advertising sales • Experience managing a large book of business (3M+) • Strong selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets • Proficient in Salesforce • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong strategic relationship building with clients • Strong organization and time management skills • Quick problem-solving skills internally and externally • Highly motivated team player • Creative, adaptable, open to change and innovation • Sense of urgency, proactive approach, and ability to think outside the box • Awareness and continued growth of industry knowledge
