Senior Salesforce Engineer

Job Description

• Feature Development: Develop new functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities. • Improve and refine existing features for a better user experience. • Design and develop new business flows using Salesforce Standard Functionalities and also custom Apex and custom Lightning Web Components pages. • Bug Fixing and Platform Enhancement: Identify and fix bugs to ensure a seamless user journey. • Contribute to platform enhancements for improved performance. • Design the architecture for new functionalities, considering the overall system coherence. • Oversee the deployment process for newly developed functionalities. • Ensure the successful release of new functionalities into the production environment. • Engage with business teams to understand their needs. • Propose and discuss solutions to align technical development with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Engineer • Salesforce Data Architect Certification or relevant hands-on experience
