Senior Designer, Paid Social

Job Description

• Ethos Life is seeking an exceptional Senior Designer with extensive experience in crafting compelling ads for paid social channels. The ideal candidate is proficient in designing across various platforms such as Meta platforms, TikTok, and Snap and understands the nuances of social media marketing. Your role will involve bringing creative concepts to life, from ideation through production, using your expertise in light editing and animation. You will transform complex ideas or detailed marketing briefs into clear, thumb-stopping, and engaging content that inspires our audience to act and drives results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media advertising, ideally within a tech-focused or direct-to-consumer brand, ad agency, or design studio. • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and successful paid-social campaigns, as shown in a robust portfolio. • Expertise in composition, motion design, and video editing. • Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

• The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $217,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
