Head of Product, Mortgages

Job Description

• MoneyLion is seeking a visionary Head of Product, Mortgages to drive scale and growth in an emerging product vertical. In this role, you will shape our mortgage marketplace offering, driving strategy, innovation, and execution. • Develop go-to-market strategy for MoneyLion’s mortgage marketplace product vertical • Spearhead implementation of a market leading mortgage marketplace providing differentiated solutions • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and oversee product development lifecycle • Collaborate with stakeholders in product, design, sales, engineering, marketing, finance, and analytics • Implement UX testing strategies, create alignment for feature development and rollout • Develop requirements documents and ship high-quality features • Communicate progress against KPIs and Outcome Metrics, analyze products, business performance, and make informed decisions • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure mortgage products adhere to regulations

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience in product management • Deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, technology, regulations • Knowledge of mortgage industry systems, technology, infrastructure • Thorough understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance • Proven knowledge of design principles, testing, and analytics • Strong product intuition, analytical capabilities, and experience managing products with multiple stakeholders • Experience working closely with engineers and technical tradeoffs • Passion for understanding customer problems and driving business growth • Ability to leverage data capabilities, strong execution skills, and ability to define and lead complex projects • Strong leadership, storytelling, and communication skills
