FP&A Manager

Job Description

• Drive cross-functional, strategic planning • Deliver value-added business analysis • Define and report financial and operational metrics • Analyze growth targets, cost efficiencies, and gross margins • Lead forecasting and budgeting • Support month-end close process • Build financial models and analyses • Provide financial expertise for planning and forecasting • Develop and implement financial processes • Prepare and analyze management presentations • Support strategic initiatives for sales strategy and business change programs

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance • Business partnership experience with C-suite executives • Deep experience with financial applications • Familiarity with Enterprise Software metrics • Experience in startup environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
