Senior Product Manager (QPP)
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Lead a dynamic and multi-functional team to create a vision, develop, and enhance products on a day-to-day basis. • Serve as the team’s primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other agile teams. • Help clients and stakeholders define and refine business requirements to ensure that what the team builds meets business and user needs. • Help clients and stakeholders understand the team’s capacity and negotiate scope and deadlines. • Facilitate team agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros. • Monitor and report on agile metrics for the team, including velocity and business value. • Be a dynamic leader familiar with Agile methodology who will rally the team and work in a highly collaborative environment. • Analyze and understand complex business, policy, and engineering challenges, identify ways to improve products, services, and operations. • Identify problems and meet needs of internal and external customers, define, and prioritize product requirements, lead agile development process, execute timely product launches, continuously enhance, and optimize performance. • Identify product and feature success metrics, measure and monitor performance, conduct data analytics to prioritize future development, and identify new product opportunities. • Work the Solutions Team to capture product requirements as robust user stories. Demonstrate clear proficiency in using data to drive business decisions. • Consider various business and engineering factors like cost, risk, feasibility, and end user experience in delivering products and solutions for our organization. • Stay current with the policy and strategy changes at the customer and Healthcare industry in general. • Work with the customer, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements. • Work closely with the product owner and agency leads to develop agile documentation and oversee quality assurance activities (SOPS, QA processes, metrics, reporting) for the products. • Conduct product analysis sessions, work group calls, and engage customers to provide requirements and feedback. • Work with sprint team to implement, accept, and accept user stories as defined. • Provide clear qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • Must have lived in the United States for at least 3 years in the last 5. • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States. • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner or scrum master in the Federal Government space • 5+ years of total experience as leading agile teams as a product manager, product owner, or scrum master • 8+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, product analyst, or scrum master leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of agile software development.
