Payer Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Lead Alma’s partnerships with health insurance companies • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with payer accounts • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations • Act as a bridge between services and improving access to high-value behavioral health • Serve as primary contact for payer accounts • Align solutions to payer objectives • Provide timely support and seamless communication • Coordinate onboarding and implementation with internal teams • Proactively address concerns and maintain positive experiences • Identify strategic partnership and expansion opportunities within existing relationships • Contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • 3-4 years of track record in account management within healthcare, insurance, or technology sectors • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills • Effective collaborator across teams • Thrive in fast-paced startup environment
