Qualifications

• Meet with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals as well as their existing marketing strategies and make strategic recommendations. • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' retention marketing programs, specifically focusing on email, SMS, and in-app push initiatives. • Develop and deliver comprehensive program reviews that assess the effectiveness of clients' retention marketing initiatives. • Evaluate the success of lifecycle automations and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and enhance the overall performance of client CRM programs. • Must have thorough knowledge of file health and elements which help create a strong active file. • Articulate clearly prioritized strategic initiatives to drive the highest value for clients. • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients. • Creative Testing and Optimization: • Implement and oversee creative testing strategies to optimize the impact of marketing campaigns. • Ensure a data-driven approach to learning, iterating on strategies, and determining statistical significance.
