Solutions Engineer II
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Provide Solutions Engineering pre-sales support for an assigned base of large and/or complex customers • Partner with sales teams to understand client product-related expectations and requirements • Attend sales calls and assist with sales efforts • Conduct technical interviews with customers to clearly define needs • Provide technical expertise to ensure customer needs are met • Maintain knowledge of industry and competitors to act as a valuable resource • Provide sales tools and training for sales teams • Address product-related questions from both internal and external perspectives • Conduct product performance evaluations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline • Prior experience (5+ years) as a Solutions Engineer or related experience • Data Networking, SIP, Cloud Computing or related knowledge or certifications a plus • Experience with Salesforce, and/or Service Now a strong plus • Experience with Contact Center, Unified Communications, APIs a plus • Experience Microsoft and Azure ecosystem experience preferred
