HR Business Partner

Job Description

• Be the HR business partner to all teams including hardware, software, supply chain, operations and systems. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and career development • Lead and administer talent acquisition and onboarding • Develop and implement talent retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and tenure within the organization • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity • Assist with compensation reviews, recommendations, and benefits management • Assist with compliance and corporate trainings • Oversee the company-wide annual review process • Oversee management of the office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an ownership capacity, including talent acquisition and management • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required. • This is a hybrid role, in person required 2-4 days/wk in Mountain View, CA

Pay within the range is based on candidate experience, job-specific skills, education, and work location
