Job Description

• Architect Cutting-Edge Solutions: Craft architectures, establish design patterns, proof of concepts, and other strategic artifacts for diverse consulting engagements, spanning custom .NET, pivotal JavaScript frameworks (including React/next.js), Content Management Systems/DXP, and Azure Cloud deployments. • Engage with Impact: Harness your exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate intricate technical solutions during frequent interactions with external and internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, business representatives, subject matter experts, and fellow Engineers. • Master of Juggling: Exhibit adept multi-tasking prowess as you seamlessly transition between multiple engagements across various clients, managing between 2-5 primary projects concurrently. • Lead and Mentor: Provide oversight and mentorship to our Engineering team, ensuring that agreed-upon architectures are developed and implemented effectively to meet business and stakeholders' requirements. • Embrace Agile Excellence: Thrive in an Agile Scrum development environment, embracing corresponding sprint cycles, work products, and continuous CI/CD processes. • Collaborate on Project Management: Collaborate with respective RDA Project Managers in planning, estimating, and managing IT projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise and Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ consulting-based experience with commercial clients, leading the overall enterprise architecture of new software products, coupled with over 10 years of experience in the Software Engineering field. • Technical Proficiency: Possess diverse technical knowledge spanning Application Development, Azure Cloud-based solutions, Microservices (Headless a plus) Architecture, and specific technologies such as .NET, React/next.js, Containers/Kubernetes setup, and/or Sitecore. • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or possess current certifications in relevant technologies preferred. • Work Status: U.S. Citizenship and Permanent Residency
