Sr Web and Content Experience Manager

Job Description

• Establish and drive a vision for Henry Schein One’s web channels • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the organization to lead cross-functional projects • Lead the strategy, design, development, and management of Henry Schein One’s new corporate and product websites • Leverage data to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives to increase website performance • Apply background in conversion rate optimization to inspire a culture of experimentation and testing • Establish an SEO strategy across Henry Schein One’s network of websites • Develop and govern an efficient web management process • Evaluate and manage contractors, agencies, and software vendors to support current and future needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across some combination of technical marketing, website management, or technical project management • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline • Expertise managing websites, with experience re-designing/developing from the ground up • Experience integrating websites after mergers/acquisitions • Track record leading initiatives involving SEO, SEM, CRO, GTM, Google Analytics • Positive and collaborative attitude with a dose of patience • Excellent proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures • Outstanding planning/organizational skills and techniques • Outstanding independent decision making, analysis, and problem-solving skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills • Strong ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company • Strong negotiating skills • Project management, consultative skills, and ability to manage a budget • Expert in multiple technical and/or business skills • Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations
