Mortgage Sales Manager/Team Lead

Job Description

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews • Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members • Managing lead conversions and metrics • Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner • Coaching and motivating the team • Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment • Would consider a manager that has managed in the mortgage space for inside call centers and does not have reverse mortgage experience but does have mortgage experience • Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
