Salesforce Administrator
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather and understand business requirements related to Salesforce functionality. • Configure Salesforce using native tools like Flows, Email Alerts, and Lightning App Builder to meet business needs and improve user experience. • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes as needed. • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and user access control. • Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, identifying and resolving data issues as needed. • Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and training materials for end users. • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to our Salesforce instance. • Collaborate with Development, Business Systems, and Product teams as needed for more complex customization and integration projects. • Any other related Salesforce responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent) is required. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred. • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations. • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization capabilities. • Proficiency in creating and managing Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and other native Salesforce tools. • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning components is a plus. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
