US Senior Marketing Associate

Job Description

• As a Senior Marketing Associate at Blank Street, you'll play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, enhance brand awareness and engage with our customers. Reporting to the Head of US Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of marketing, including digital, offline, and community outreach. Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on offline and in-store channels. Background in retail marketing and/or hospitality is preferred but not required • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives • Willingness to travel between markets, including New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset • Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences • Ability to use a mixture of logic, methods, and previous experience to problem solve and drive effective solutions • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with local communities and neighborhoods in New York City is a plus. • Flexibility to work some early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required. • Has a strong sense of accountability and ownership of their work.
