Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

• Maintain and improve business models • Plan and forecast general ledger and pipeline data • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages • Partner with Accounting for accurate accruals • Update models based on organization shifts • Ad hoc reporting, analysis, presentations, and projects • Connect ERP system to operational business models • Solve business problems and drive growth • Assist with implementing new tools and systems

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of Financial Analyst experience • Strong analytical skills • Experience with 3 statement modeling • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Familiar with GAAP accrual accounting • ERP experience • Process improvement mindset • Strong communication skills • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience building and maintaining internal business partnerships • Willingness to travel to Santa Barbara, CA headquarters
