Job Description

• As a Product Manager for Data Sharing & Platform strategy at Credit Karma, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and collaboration efforts across Intuit, a key partner in our ecosystem. • By joining Credit Karma’s AI team, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking full-stack technologies, driving innovation at scale and shaping the next generation of data-driven and AI-powered platforms. • What you will do: - Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical product vision and data sharing strategy to enable broader strategic goals for Intuit and Credit Karma - Product Development: Lead the ideation, prioritization, and development of data-driven products by leveraging key insights to identify significant data & platform opportunities - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing and other teams to ensure successful execution of data collaboration projects, from concept to launch. - Data-driven Problem Solving: Inform product strategies and roadmaps with a data-driven approach, leveraging data, research and market analysis to guide decision-making. Thrive in fluid environments with creative problem-solving. - Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of data collaboration efforts, iterating on strategies based on insights and feedback. - Compliance and Privacy: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices related to data sharing and privacy, working closely with legal and compliance teams. - Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparts at Intuit to drive collaboration and align on data initiatives and priorities • What We Are Looking For: - 8+ years of product management experience or related industry experience - Stakeholder management: Comfortable navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders - Strategic thinker, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Data-driven decision making: Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, prioritize features and drive actions - Engineering collaboration: You have partnered closely with engineering teams to build and complex data products at scale - User empathy: Strong user empathy and drive to influence data product strategy and roadmap by providing thought leadership on end-to-end user experience - 3 + years of work experience as Product Manager working on data platform products

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or related industry experience • Stakeholder management: Comfortable navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders • Strategic thinker, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Data-driven decision making: Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, prioritize features and drive actions • Engineering collaboration: You have partnered closely with engineering teams to build and complex data products at scale • User empathy: Strong user empathy and drive to influence data product strategy and roadmap by providing thought leadership on end-to-end user experience • 3 + years of work experience as Product Manager working on data platform products
