Head of Legal

Job Description

• Become a key member of the GTM legal team responsible for reviewing and negotiating all customer agreements • Provide strategic advice on go-to-market efforts • Maintain GTM legal agreements to facilitate rapid revenue growth and long-term stability • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Observe.AI's product offerings, technology, security/data protection systems, and standard contracts • Collaborate with various departments to enforce global contracting policies • Handle significant engagements and negotiations to balance revenue growth and long-term risks

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience with 3 years in a relevant in-house role • Experience in cloud and software industries, particularly with SaaS model • Proficiency in negotiating complex transactions involving security, privacy, and IP issues • Strong understanding of commercial contract negotiation practices and SaaS industry • Active state bar membership • Knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, and contract law • Ability to manage time and client expectations effectively
