Job Description

• Focus on Community Solar portfolio • Manage EPC selection and contract negotiation • Act as Owner's Representative for project stakeholders • Manage project budgets and milestone payments • Coordinate project quality control and site inspections • Ensure compliance with safety program and project closeout

Qualifications

• Passion for mission • 5+ years construction project management experience • 4-year degree or equivalent experience • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong written and oral communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Knowledge of GAAP project accounting • EPC contract negotiation expertise • Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously • Strong familiarity with construction and electrical codes
