Director of Sales (Large Law Segment)
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Fostering and maintaining a culture of hard work, integrity, and continuous learning • Developing an account management and cross selling strategy • Creating standardized best practices for selling to and managing relationships with top tier accounts • Managing the pipeline and forecasting sales activity • Supporting Account Executives with enablement materials • Conducting regular 1:1s with Account Executives • Coaching experienced Account Executives • Overseeing cloud conversion sales • Partnering with Business Development, Marketing, and Sales Operations • Working closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation Partners • Building industry knowledge • Collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams
Qualifications
• 7+ years of Sales Leadership experience at a B2B SaaS Company • 7 + years of coaching, leading, and managing a team focused on enterprise level named accounts • Experience developing account management strategy • A multidisciplinary background in software selling, consulting services, and enterprise account management • Data driven mindset
