Director, Growth Marketing

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention • Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns across various channels • Lead and optimize lifecycle marketing programs • Utilize marketing analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and other teams • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative strategies • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in growth marketing at SaaS technology companies • Expertise in leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth • Experience leading and managing a team of 8+ • Technical, analytical, and strategic • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations • Ambitious, high energy, and persistent • Experience leveraging AI • SaaS or no-code experience a plus
