Sr Account Manager - Strategic Accounts
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for establishing relationships and directing competitive offering to retain and expand existing large and key accounts • Primary responsibility is to retain and grow the accounts revenues through adoption, current product growth, new product growth, and overall customer health • Cultivates new and maintains active business relationships as well as facilitates growth in existing accounts • Achieve revenue and new bookings quota serving Henry Schein One’s customers • Build and grow the Henry Schein One Brand representing all products and services to customers • Partner with cross-divisional teams to understand and strategically influence customer goals and key performance metrics • Negotiate and develop terms and contracts • Travel typically less than 20% • Excellent planning and organizational skills
Qualifications
• Typically, 5 or more years of related experience such as account management, sales, or customer success • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline • Demonstrated success in delivering profitable growth with large accounts in SaaS, enterprise software competitive markets • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or Sales leadership experience with large accounts delivering technology solutions • Excellent ability to communicate, engage and drive execution with internal teams • Proven ability to develop internal and external partnerships • Verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills • Strong ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict, and navigate different stakeholder dynamics
