Head of Sales
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Double B2B ARR by the end of 2025 by crafting and executing a strategic sales plan • Generate comprehensive growth strategies, expand market reach, and enhance sales operations • Develop and implement a sales strategy, work closely with partners, build a high-performing sales team, optimize sales operations, identify new markets, enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, increase sales efficiency, train AEs and SDRs, deliver monthly forecast reports, design and roll out sales training
Qualifications
• Develop and execute clear, actionable strategies for revenue growth and market expansion • Excel in sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM use • Make decisions based on data analysis, market trends, and sales metrics • Engage and influence across all organizational levels and with customers • Pursue sales targets with determination and ensure all objectives are met • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all sales and operational activities • Anticipate needs and challenges, mentor and grow team members, demonstrate dedication to achieving business goals, maintain composure in high-stress environments
