Agile Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree • Ability and willingness to undergo background investigation • Must be a United States citizen • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing digital product teams • 1+ years of experience in IT industry or managing IT projects • Availability to work from 8am-5:30pm EST • Technical fluency • Demonstrated history of interfacing with cross-functional teams and senior management • Excellent soft skills • Proven track record of managing issues and risk through mitigation strategies • Experience in human-centered design principles and adoption of Agile mindset • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, JIRA or other project management tools
