Job Description

• Lead brand, events, content, social media, creative services and the Website for both the Pendo and Mind the Product brands • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives • Constantly test message resonance and optimize messaging • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate marketing strategies and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred • 7+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with 5+ years in leading teams in a senior marketing role • Ability to lead and scale teams in a high-growth environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and events • Experience in a leadership role at a category-leading brand
