Job Description

• Help define and implement the search and content discovery strategy • Use data to improve customer content discovery • Build a data-driven roadmap for the team • Define metrics and KPIs for team features • Collaborate with a cross-functional team for continuous improvement • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience • Experience in search relevance, recommendations, and/or personalization • Experience in building and shipping products • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis • Understanding of product management fundamentals • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Collaborative nature with various stakeholders
