Customer Success Manager
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Job Description
• Be an expert in Cohere's product suite • Act as voice of the customer, identify insights & communicate to Product, Sales and Engineering teams • Unblock paths to deployment, partner with internal teams and customers • Gain deep understanding of customers' needs • Own end-to-end renewal process, conduct QBR’s, lead renewals • Build trusted advisor relationship with customers
Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in Customer Success • Passion for AI industry (LLMs in particular) • Crisp communication skills • Collaborative mindset • Understanding/background in LLMs, AI or Machine Learning • Ability to solve problems, pivot with speed • Resourcefulness, willingness to explore multiple solutions • Solutions engineering skillset
