Job Description

• Back Server connects kitchen with dining room, helps provide food to guests and information to the expediter and chef. • Integral member in maintaining and improving restaurant culture, focusing on education and work environment • Thrive in multitasking during service and prioritize responsibilities. • Care for each guest and lead by example in hospitality • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu, products, source, restaurant, and neighborhood. • Constantly deepen knowledge and experience in hospitality • Achieve and maintain Department of Health Standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant or food and beverage experience, dining room experience not necessary • Passion for good food and genuine hospitality • Willingness to pitch in whenever necessary • Discipline and desire to maintain systems and organization in fast-changing environments

Benefits

• Up to $19 - $23/hr with tips (Depending on experience) • Base wage before tips: $16 - 18 (+ $2-4/hour tips from a pool tips system) • Optional 4-day workweek schedule for full-time hours
