Senior Director of Product Management

Job Description

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for products within 3E’s Stewardship business line. Aligning with key stakeholders, overseeing ideation, planning, development, launch, and maintenance of the portfolio. • Influence 3E’s strategic approach to stewardship and market positioning, along with external thought leaders and associations. • Lead Product team to execute Product Strategy & Roadmap, using 3E’s agile development process. • Mentor and grow the product team into positions of influence, scaling the product organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required. • 8 years’ experience in Product Management supporting SaaS development and/or Content Delivery solutions. • Experience in successfully growing a portfolio of products, aligned to well-understood market trends, customer needs, and business goals. • Experience leading successful company-wide initiatives with diverse stakeholders and executive visibility. • Evidence-led strategy approach leveraging qualitative and quantitative research. • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a team of product managers, fostering a culture of psychological safety. • Advanced understanding of applying metrics and Agile methodologies to strategy execution. • Proven communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence across various levels, functions, and external thought leaders.
