Program Manager - Intelligent Automation
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• The Automation Program Management Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting automation solutions for global market stakeholders and for multiple project initiatives. • Coordinate with functional teams and business stakeholders through the requirements, qualification, Proof-of-Concept, prototype, and MVP phases to ensure alignment and clear understanding of automation process impacts and interdependencies • Communicate estimates, formalize release plans, and implementation schedules/dependencies, including managing and communicating the roadmap for multiple solutions. • Manage Jira boards and Confluence to track Agile activities to deliver (and scale) each automation solution to the markets • Sprint calls/huddles with teammates / agile methodology • Develop training, implementation and change management plans for automation solutions and process improvements • Interface and communicate effectively with project teams and management, with an ability to liaise between the business, IT and market stakeholders. • Working with markets on launch cycle status, UAT testing to production. • Manage the measurement of success metrics and monitor change progress • Develop and implement communication activities as needed. • High-level understanding of Intelligent Automation capabilities i.e. AI (including GenAI), machine learning, LLM’s, IDP, OCR, etc.
Qualifications
• High-level understanding of Intelligent Automation capabilities i.e. AI (including GenAI), machine learning, LLM’s, IDP, OCR, etc. • Superior Project management experience (different approaches, tools, phases of project lifecycle) • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts/change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Change management certification or designation desired • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment • Problem solving and root cause identification/analytical skills – with a focus on the business perspective. Ability to triage and assess production bugs and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT developers to implement timely solutions. • Experience training others/teams and creating training materials • Experience supporting the creation of automated solutions for deployments and builds • Highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with team members both in person and via collaboration tools • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex software deployments. • Demonstrate ability to build strong working relationships. • Ability to facilitate innovation and new ways of working with teams.
