Sr. Program Manager

Job Description

• Delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule • Leading a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals • Participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies • Cultivating customer relationships • Measuring and reporting program performance • Delivering presentations to customers, executive management, and program stakeholders • Establishing an effective program organization • Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements • Managing program resources and suppliers • Adherence to internal processes, policies, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline • 10 years' experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or project management in other industries • Experience leading large teams in Agile environments • Product management experience • Strong customer intimacy skills • Excellent communication abilities • Issue and Problem Resolution skills • Active PMP certification • Preferred: Experience in the CMS environment, Master's degree in business or related discipline, Experience with Jira and Confluence, Scrum Master certification, SAFe certification
