Business Analyst (Sales)

Job Description

• Producing analyses of various scopes to meet business needs. Some examples include: conversion metrics, forecasting demand and managing staff to this, cohort/LTV growth, correlation analysis, predictive analytics (regression and neural-network modeling), spinning up visually-digestible reports, and configuring real-time displays in-office • Running A/B experiments to improve the retail cycle and boost KPIs • Cleaning and associating data living in disparate sources (our database, our Hubspot CRM, third-party dialer softwares, etc), and, liaising with data engineers where necessary • Learning our systems, especially Hubspot, to ensure reliable data and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or similar (post-secondary degree or equivalent experience) • 2+ years relevant professional experience • Proficiency with SQL, familiarity with Python or similar scripting language • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment on a lean team • Attention to detail and a knack for getting to the root of inaccuracies • Knowledge of Hubspot a plus
