Job Description

• Offer expert guidance for successful execution of Salesforce and GTM projects • Stay abreast of industry trends and suggest innovative solutions • Manage hiring and training for Salesforce development team • Provide strategic insights into resource allocation • Implement KPIs for team performance • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers • Lead development team through lifecycle phases • Implement standardized Salesforce Development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Services or related • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • 7+ years of software development experience • 5+ years of experience managing a Salesforce development team • Expertise in Sales processes • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud • Familiarity with marketing solutions • Ability to drive process improvements • Experience in conducting technical interviews and building high-performing teams
