Director, Talent Acquisition

Job Description

• Responsible for the strategy, process and tools of TA including annual recruiting goals • Develop recruitment strategy with a focus on innovative sourcing • Scale the company from a people and process perspective • Ensure recruitment practices and programs align with company strategies • Provide overall leadership, coaching, and guidance to recruiting staff • Manage relocation and immigration programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and 12-18 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Biotech/Pharma industry • Experience in building and scaling recruiting functions in a start-up environment • Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of people management experience • Excellent project and program management skills • Ability to work onsite at least three days per week

Benefits

• Estimated base salary range of $249,000 - $254,000 • Eligible for two annual cash bonuses
