Job Description

• Design and develop software solutions for automation of testing and detecting quality assurance in the life cycle of software development using cloud computing tools, Web Automation, JavaScript/Java, REST API, FIX API • Design, develop, and implement test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures essential to financial and trading systems using: - Java - Selenium - Rest Assured - Amazon AWS - Postgres SQL - BDD/Cucumber - Gherkin - TestNg framework - GIT - Jenkins • Design, create and execute and automate web application scripts and execute web UI test cases • Design, create, execute and automate Rest API test cases • Design, create, execute and automate FIX API test scenarios • Gaining knowledge of DriveWealth applications and processes and building an internal network. • Firm knowledge of DriveWealth systems and architectures • Participates in regular sprints, manages the JIRA tasks and work with CI frameworks. • Understands the platform technologies and how that fits into the larger picture. • Can Design Components and integrate. Analyze requirements and document test cases • Delivers high-quality Jira Stories that are well-tested changes on schedule • Understands the assigned Tasks/Stories and asks clarifying questions when ambiguous • Start developing subject matter expertise in at least one topic/project inside a domain within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 2-5 years experience • Require skills and knowledge of Web Automation, Selenium, JavaScript, REST API, JSON, AWS, FIX API, Postman, JMeter or any other performance testing tool • Understanding of ActiveMQ/Kafka a plus • Knowledge testing trading flows (Equity/Options etc..) with understanding of Settlement and clearing • Knowledge of money movement • Knowledge of scripting languages like python
