Data, Insights & Partnerships Manager

Job Description

• As the first Data, Insights and Partnership Manager for the Pursuit Bond you will focus on ensuring data integrity in order to build a prototype for a newly forming team and function • Collaborating with colleagues, compile insights and analytics on the Pursuit Fellows’ journey that will empower strategic growth of the Pursuit Bond platform • Develop innovative approaches to acquire and maintain data outcomes • Build partnerships with employers, payroll, and payment businesses • Set up data infrastructure prototype and design for Bond platform • Develop compelling, insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate key insights • Build the foundations for a data outcomes and partnerships function • Capture key data insights and translate them into user stories to create compelling presentations with data informed recommendations

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with data to build a roadmap to achieve outcomes and identify new partnerships • Experience in working with data and ability to recognize patterns • Interest in both 0 to 1 and scale-up, scrappy and agile, able to be strategic and execute simultaneously • Curiosity and bias for action • Research and Innovation Skills to identify partnerships, collaboration, and 'out of the box' approaches • Superior Communication skills for multi-sided bond platform users with different needs/perspectives.
